3. What help is available for me on this site?

You will find a wealth of resources designed to support your personal growth and well-being. We offer practical advice articles on various topics such as job searching, fitness and health, finding your purpose, and coping with loneliness. Additionally, we will soon provide access to videos, more articles, and an upcoming podcast to further enhance your experience. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where you can find the tools and encouragement you need to overcome challenges and improve your life.

4. Are you therapists?

No. We are NOT trained therapists or counsellors.

We are a community focused on providing practical advice and support for personal growth. While we share valuable resources and insights, we encourage anyone struggling with personal issues, mental health concerns, or emotional challenges to seek professional help from a qualified therapist or counsellor. Your well-being is important, and professionals can provide the specialised support you may need.

5. Do I have to pay a subscription fee? If so, how much and what does it give me?

Currently, there is no subscription fee to access our resources and content. However, as we expand our team of coaches and enhance the variety of content available, we anticipate introducing a subscription fee in the future. We are committed to keeping this fee affordable for anyone seeking guidance and support on their life journey. Additionally, a subscription will unlock exclusive benefits, including discounts with retailers, special offers, and savings on We Are Mentality merchandise, along with other exciting opportunities!
