WHAT THIS IS
These are 1-to-1 sessions for men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like something needs to change - but they're not quite sure where to start.
Most men come in carrying something they can't quite name. What we do is work out where it's actually coming from - your body, your mind, your life, or your sense of meaning - because once you know which, you know what to actually do about it.
We talk properly. About what's really happening right now - your mindset, your direction, your confidence, your relationships, your work. Whatever's sitting heaviest.
You won't be fixed, labelled, or lectured. You won't be sold a version of yourself you don't recognise. You'll leave with clearer thinking, a real sense of which layer it's coming from, and practical next steps you can actually use - not theory, not fluff.
Just an honest conversation with someone who gets it.
HOW THE CALL WORKS
Thirty minutes, no cost, no catch. We talk through where you're at and what you're dealing with, and start to work out which layer your "something's off" is really coming from - your body, your mind, your life, or your sense of meaning.
That's it. No pitch, no pressure.
For a lot of men, just half an hour of honest conversation and a clearer sense of what's actually going on is enough to take away on its own.
If there's more to work on - that's your call.
Sometimes, by the end of that first conversation, it's clear there's something worth working through properly. If that's the case, you'll have the option of ongoing 1-to-1 sessions - but only if you want to, and only if I genuinely think I can help. If I don't, I'll tell you straight, and point you somewhere that might help more.
There's never any obligation to go further. The free call stands on its own.
If we do decide to work together:
Sessions are 1-to-1, around 45 minutes. Focused, practical, conversational - no scripts, no performance. Just honest direction built around what's actually going on in your life.
Investment: £75 per session. As We Are Mentality grows and I take on more clients, this will go up - so if you're reading this now, this is the right time.
WHY I DO THIS
I built We Are Mentality because I've been the guy who looked fine on the outside but felt completely lost underneath.
Trying to hold things together. Not knowing who to talk to, or where to start.
And when I looked around for something real - something honest, without the hype or the performance - I couldn't find it.
So I built it.
I'm not here as an expert with all the answers. I'm here because I know how heavy and isolating modern life can feel for men - and how powerful it is to finally talk to someone who actually gets it, without judgement.
WHAT THIS ISN'T
This is not therapy, counselling, or clinical support.
I don't diagnose, label, or treat mental health conditions. If you're in crisis or need immediate support, I'll always point you toward the right professional help - and I'll mean it.
This is for men who want clarity, perspective, and forward movement. Not a quick fix, and not someone to tell you what to do - but someone to help you think more clearly so you can figure it out yourself.
