They need space to think clearly, talk honestly, and figure out their next move.
Working with me is about slowing things down, cutting through the noise,
and getting unstuck - without judgement, pressure, or being told who to be.
This isn’t therapy.
It’s a grounded conversation focused on clarity, direction, and real life.
WHAT THIS IS
1-to-1 sessions for men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.
We talk things through properly - mindset, direction, confidence, identity, work, relationships - whatever feels most relevant for you right now.
You won’t be “fixed”.
You won’t be lectured.
You won’t be sold a version of yourself you don’t recognise.
You’ll leave with clearer thinking and practical next steps you can actually use.
WHY I DO THIS
I built We Are Mentality because I’ve been the guy who looked fine on the outside but felt lost underneath.
Trying to hold things together.
Not knowing who to talk to, or where to start.
I’m not here as an expert with all the answers.
I’m here because I understand how confusing, heavy, and isolating modern life can feel for men - and how powerful it is to talk things through properly.
That perspective shapes how I work.

This is not therapy, counselling, or clinical support.
I don’t diagnose, label, or treat mental health conditions.
If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, I’ll always point you toward the right professional help.
This space is for men who want clarity, perspective, and forward movement - not a quick fix.
